Bill of Sale and Sales Agreement
Congratulations on the purchase of your new companion! Every effort has been made to provide you with a healthy, sound puppy. You must continue the same course. By signing this Agreement you, the Buyer, agree to provide your pet with the following:
The following terms constitute a sales agreement between the sellers, Brian and Shannon Butterfield of Fantasia French Bulldogs; and the buyer, regarding the French Bulldog as described:

This puppy is sold as a “Pet/Companion” quality dog for the sum of $__________, with the puppy to remain in the custody of the seller until the full amount has been paid. A deposit of $300 will be paid at the time of signing. This contract will serve as a receipt for that non-refundable deposit. If a puppy should not turn out to be available this deposit will be applied to another litter.
The following conditions are accepted as part of the purchase of this French Bulldog puppy:
This puppy is sold first and foremost as a beloved pet and family member and shall live in the buyer’s home. Living in a kennel is unacceptable and prohibited by this agreement.
This puppy is a purebred French Bulldog and is eligible for limited registration with the American Kennel Club. Proof of neuter/spay must be sent to breeder by 8 months of age and be from a licensed veterinarian. Upon receipt of acceptable documentation, limited AKC registration papers will be released.
If for any reason the buyer is unable to keep this puppy they must notify the seller immediately. The buyer must seek approval of the seller of any transfer of ownership or responsibility of the puppy in advance. If buyer MUST transfer ownership of the puppy, and a new home has not been identified and approved by the seller, the buyer must surrender the puppy to the seller. Buyer will return the AKC registration papers, medical records, etc. No refund, in full or in part, will be given unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.

HEALTH GUARANTEE
To the seller’s knowledge, this puppy is free of contagious disease and has been delivered to the buyer with vaccinations and worming appropriate for its age. We strongly recommend that your vet examine the puppy within 3 weeks of purchase. Buyer will make sure the puppy receives appropriate heartworm and flea/tick prevention medication, deemed fit for their age.
The puppy is guaranteed to be free of any life threatening genetic condition at the time of sale through one year of age. Buyer will immediately notify seller upon diagnosis by a licensed veterinarian of any serious genetic condition. Buyer will provide all available medical documentation (test results, x-rays, etc.). Buyer MUST allow seller or seller’s veterinarian the opportunity to speak to their veterinarian about the diagnosis/prognosis of any such condition. Buyer MUST make the puppy available for seller and/or seller’s veterinarian to examine. If any life threatening genetic condition is confirmed the seller will replace the puppy as soon as a new puppy is available. Buyer must relinquish ownership of the puppy for a replacement unless otherwise agree upon. Medical bills will not be paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon in ADVANCE. If the puppy passes away we require the Buyer to have a necropsy performed by a licensed veterinarian immediately. It is very important for everyone that we know as much about the cause as possible. If the cause is found to be congenital and the puppy is under 1 year of age we will replace the puppy as soon as one is available.

Health Exclusions:
The buyer acknowledges that the French Bulldog breed, unlike many other breeds, are predisposed to certain health concerns. These include, but are not limited to, luxating patella(loose kneecaps), elongated/soft palate, stenotic nares (pinched nostrils), undescended testicle(s), spinal and disc abnormalities and difficulty with allergies. The buyer assumes all responsibility and subsequent treatment for health problems discovered after the initial veterinary exam. We will not reimburse for veterinary care unless it is mutually agreed upon in advance of treatment.
All warranties are for replacement and not for refund of purchase price in whole or in part.

All parties have read and understand the terms of this agreement. No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under this contract, except as stated within. This contract is legal and binding. Agreement is signed and dated in duplicate.

Feeding Instructions: Currently we are feeding Royal Canin Puppy ¼ cup 3 times a day. At 14 weeks you can change to ½ cup 2 times a day.

PUPPY SHOPPING LIST 🛒.............
1-We feed Royal Canin Puppy kibble mixed with Royal Canin puppy Mousse. We order online at Chewy.com
2- Your puppy has been pee pad trained. I suggest buying disposable wee wee pads and the plastic tray they clip into. Also can be ordered on chewy website
3- XS or Small soft harness and a leash. Your puppy will only be 4-6 lbs when leaving us
4- child's pack n play. I use these vs crate the first 4-6 months
5- size 24 in metal crate
6-ceramic or stainless steal bowls. No plastic. Prefer non tip over
7-toys toys toys ! More variety the better. Tennis 🎾 balls, old slippers, empty water bottles, deer antlers, etc
8- fleece blankets for sleeping
9- plenty of paper towels , patience, and love ❤️
